Join us for a discussion on the origins and production of saké, and a tasting of four Junmai quality sakés: Sho Chiku Bai, Izumi, Hakusturu and Rihaku's Wandering Poet.  We tried to be as accurate as possible, while sticking to our motto of "drink it how you like it".  Much respect to the Toji near and far who make delicious saké - KANPAI!
