You know, I don't think we ever said how often we'll publish the show... Right now we're aiming for a once a week deal, available midnight on Tuesdays. We have Monday and Tuesday off as our "weekend", so that gives us plenty of time to polish a show if we run behind. We have a buffer of two shows right now, so you shouldn't have any interruptions of showage unless something truly drastic happens (oh no, not a famine!). For a teaser, the next show is breakfast-alicious. We talk about a local place in Orillia then devote a good deal of time to Sheila's favorite breakfast joint in Oshawa (and possibly overall favorite), the Rainbow Family Restaurant. The third show ventures into the scary, tentacle infested waters of Dim Sum. This one is our longest to date, coming in well over forty minutes. Happy listening and let us know what you think! As always, comments, suggestions, requests, criticism, etc....it's all welcome here!

Here's just a little bit about your hosts. Sheila - A thirty-something native to Canada, she originally hails from the Oshawa area. She has a varied background, from dabbling in computers, slaving away for "the man" at a late-night college eatery, and a desire to save every last dog in the world from any fate worse than sleeping at her feet and eating her leftovers. She is currently employed as a trainer at a legal publishing company. Tracy - An over-educated, under-motivated thirty-something "filthy American" from the Pittsburgh area who has recently immigrated to Canada. Her background includes bartending, fast food, teaching, grocery store produce, warehouse flunky, bank minion, and management-type flunky. She can usually be found doing any of the following activities (usually two at a time - silly, ADHD girl): reading, video gaming, roleplaying, eating, kayaking, cooking, flying a kite, and whatever interest crosses her path this week. Combined - Tracy and Sheila have been together for over ten years. They share a love of many things, food included. Neither turns down an opportunity to try a new eatery, usually trying a local establishment over a national chain (though we love local/regional chains!! Primanti Bros, we're looking in your direction!!). Both consider always having someone to share dessert with a major perk of their relationship.
