In this week's episode, we discuss a new burrito place in Oshawa called Viva Burritos.  Great food, old school customer service, affordable and quick!  Also, we pine for our favourite Morgantown Mexican Restaurant: Rio Grande III.

Towards the end of the episode, we incorrectly identified Chi-chi's downfall - it was not e. coli in the romaine or tainted salsa - it was Hepatitis A from the green onions.  Well, the moral of the story is, you can never trust a green onion cause you don't know where it's been.

This week's episode pays homage to that modern marketplace, the mall; specifically, the food court section.  There's usually something for everyone, so grab your tray and let's take a look around!

Ep 9 - O-Sushi!

06Jul09

"The pleasant experience of eating something you have never had before,  will extend your life by 75 days!"  -- Japanese Proverb.

Ok, not everyone will like sushi, but everyone should *try* it (unless you have a fish allergy).  And, even if this Japanese delicacy isn't for you, please consider going to a sushi restaurant to try some of the other dishes there, especially if your friends are going!

Ep 8 - Burgers!

28Jun09

Ubiquitous and delicous, burgers can usually satisfy at least two out of the important three: fast, cheap and good.  But how far can we push the humble hamburger to be fast?  We discuss our favourite burgers in this episode, and how a good thing can go bad when you expect too much out of it.
